So, after 2 years of living life here in the old 1869 school house sanctuary, it is time to move once again. This old sanctuary has become a magical sacred space for my daughter and I.
As the packing and sorting ensues, I am astounded by just how many worldly goods we have accumulated in such a short period of time. Rather than packing it all up or trying to sell the surplus bits, we are having a FREE yard sale this week. As much of the surplus treasure had been gifted to us, we now share/pay it forward to others.
What an amazing give-away joy of letting old material things that no longer serves us. So much more fun to simply give away and meeting people in the process who are both surprise shocked at the lack of price tags as the pay it forward wave of gifting continues in unimaginable ways. I wonder why this is so abnormal in north American culture? Why are we as a society not doing this as a norm?
While we have come to love this old house and the spirits that dwell within, we know that we are merely stewards and allow the process of change to take hold. I am grateful for the sanctuary time from the busy hectic world outside; several manuscripts have been completed and are birthing their way into the world. One chapter is rapidly coming to a close and we are jazzed about our next adventure.
Let go and be free!
Your sacred space; body mind and soul is within and thus it goes with you no matter where your journey takes you. Just remember to leave behind anything and all which no longer brings you peace of mind and fulfillment.
Do have a wonderful day and I wish you all good blessings on your journey!
